According to Andrew Peterson, "After months of negotiations West End Theatre Bookings westendtheatrebookings.com have taken over Theatre Online LTD Theatre-Online.com." The deal was set up between managing director Steven Rley of Theatre Online and Andrew Peterson Managing Director West End Theatre Bookings Ltd.
